These Terms of Service govern your use of www.seeamateurs.com (the "Site") and every subscription or one-time purchase you make on it. In short: the Site is for adults (18+) only; all images and videos are generated by artificial intelligence and show fictional adult characters, not real people; a subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel it; and you can cancel at any time in your account, by e-mail or through our payment processor.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

The Site is operated by:

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Media Logic s.r.o., and "you" means the person using the Site. You can also reach us through our Contact page. We reply to all enquiries within 7 business days. We communicate in English and Czech.

2. Scope of these Terms

These Terms apply to all visitors and registered users of the Site. By creating an account or by buying a subscription or an individual post, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. The following documents also form part of our agreement with you:

• Refund & Cancellation Policy,
• Content & AI Policy,
• Privacy & Cookie Policy (for information only – it explains how we handle your personal data).

If you are a consumer (an individual acting outside your trade, business or profession), you also have all the rights that mandatory consumer protection law gives you. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

3. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and old enough to view adult-oriented content under the laws of the place from which you access the Site (if that age is higher than 18). By entering the Site and by registering you confirm that you meet this requirement.
• You may only use the Site where viewing this type of content is legal. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you. We may restrict access to the Site from certain countries.
• You must give us accurate information when registering and keep your e-mail address up to date. One person may hold only one account. You may not create an account for someone else.
• Your account is personal and non-transferable. Keep your password secret and do not share your login details or give anyone else access to your account. You are responsible for activity in your account unless it happened without your fault. If you suspect unauthorised use, let us know immediately.
• If we have reasonable doubts about your age, we may ask you to confirm it and suspend the account until the doubts are resolved. If we find that a user is under 18, we close the account.
• You may ask us to close your account at any time by e-mail to perseya@seeamateurs.com (or in your account settings, where this option is available). Closing the account also cancels any active subscription. Access to subscriber-only and purchased content ends when the account is closed, and the unused part of a paid period is not refunded unless the law requires otherwise. If you only want to stop paying, simply cancel the subscription (section 9).

4. Nature of the content

• All images and videos on the Site are generated by artificial intelligence. Every model presented on the Site is a virtual model – a fictional character. No such character is a real person, and no real person's likeness is used. Any resemblance to a real person is coincidental and unintended.
• Every character on the Site is an adult character (18+) and is always depicted as an adult.
• Texts published in a character's name (posts, captions, e-mails) are written by us as part of that fictional character. Using the Site does not create a personal relationship with a real person.
• The content is intended for adult entertainment. At present it consists of non-explicit lingerie, swimwear and glamour images. Content may change over time, but it will always comply with our Content & AI Policy.
• Some content (premium photos and subscriber-only posts) is shown blurred or hidden to visitors who are not subscribers or have not unlocked the post.

5. Products, prices and taxes

• Monthly subscription – gives access to all subscriber-only posts and premium photos on the Site for as long as the subscription is active, including content published before you subscribed (unless it is offered only as a separately paid post). The price is currently 19,90 € per month. The current price is always shown on the subscription page and at checkout before you pay.
• Pay-per-view unlock – a one-time purchase that unlocks one individual post. The price is shown at the post and at checkout. It is a single payment with no recurring charges. An unlocked post remains available in your account, even without a subscription, for as long as your account exists and the post is offered on the Site.
• Prices are stated in the currency shown at checkout (currently euros, EUR) and include VAT where applicable. The final amount, including any tax applicable in your country, is shown before you confirm the payment. There are no hidden fees.
• Your bank or card issuer may charge currency conversion or foreign transaction fees. These are outside our control.
• We do not currently offer free trials. If we offer a trial or an introductory price in the future, its length, the price that applies afterwards and how to cancel will be shown clearly before you buy.

6. How a contract is concluded

The presentation of subscriptions and posts on the Site is an invitation to make an order. A contract is concluded as follows:

1. You sign in to your account (or create one).
2. You choose a subscription or a post to unlock and review the order summary – the product, the price, and for a subscription the billing period and the fact that it renews automatically.
3. You confirm that you agree to these Terms and give the consent described in section 12 (immediate access to digital content).
4. You click the button that clearly indicates an obligation to pay and enter your payment details on the secure page of our payment processor.
5. The contract is concluded once the payment is authorised. We confirm it on screen and by e-mail.

Until you confirm the payment, you can go back, check and correct everything you have entered. The contract is concluded in English or Czech, according to the language version of the Site you use. We store the concluded contract electronically; it is not publicly accessible, but we will send you a copy on request. Our confirmation e-mail contains the main terms of your purchase and a link to these Terms, which you can save or print at any time. We are not bound by any code of conduct.

7. Payment, billing descriptor and security

• Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. The processor may act as our authorised reseller or merchant of record for the transaction; in that case its own terms also apply to the payment. The processor's name and the available payment methods are shown at checkout.
• Billing descriptor: the charge will appear on your card or bank statement under the descriptor shown at checkout and in your payment confirmation e-mail. It may show the payment processor's name rather than ours. If you do not recognise a charge, please contact us before contacting your bank – we will help you.
• You enter your card details directly on the processor's secure, PCI DSS-compliant payment page over an encrypted (TLS) connection. We never see or store your full card number or security code.
• The Site is operated by a company established in the Czech Republic (European Union).
• You may only use a payment method that you are authorised to use.
• If a renewal payment fails, the payment processor may try to collect it again. If the payment cannot be collected, the subscription ends and access to subscriber-only content stops.

8. Subscriptions: recurring billing and automatic renewal

The subscription is a recurring payment that renews automatically every month until you cancel it. By subscribing, you authorise us, through our payment processor, to charge the subscription price to your chosen payment method when you subscribe and then automatically every month on the same calendar day as your first payment (if a month has no such day, on the last day of that month).

• Each billing period lasts one month and is paid in advance.
• There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. You can cancel at any time (see section 9).
• After you subscribe, we or our payment processor will send you an e-mail confirming the price, the billing frequency, the billing descriptor and how to cancel.

9. How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time in any of these ways:

1. In your account on the Site, using the option to cancel the subscription;
2. by e-mail to perseya@seeamateurs.com, preferably from the e-mail address registered with your account and stating your username;
3. through our payment processor's customer support – its contact details and online cancellation link are shown at checkout and in your payment confirmation e-mail.

A cancellation takes effect on the day we (or the payment processor) receive it, even if the confirmation reaches you later. After cancellation, no further payments are charged. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for; after that the subscription ends. We confirm every cancellation by e-mail. If you are charged after a valid cancellation, we will refund that charge in full.

Cancelling a subscription does not affect posts you have unlocked with a one-time purchase. You can subscribe again at any time. Details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Price changes

We may change the subscription price for future billing periods. We will notify you of any change by e-mail at least 30 days before it applies to your subscription. The new price applies from the first renewal after the notice period ends. If you do not agree with the new price, you can cancel the subscription before that renewal at no cost. A price change never affects a billing period you have already paid for. Where the law requires your consent to a price change, we will ask for it. For one-time purchases, the price shown at the time of purchase applies.

11. Access to digital content

• Access to the subscription or the unlocked post is provided immediately after the payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes.
• The content is available online on the Site in your web browser. You need an internet connection and a current version of a common browser (for example Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge). The content is intended for viewing on the Site, not for download.
• We protect the content with technical measures (for example, premium images are blurred for visitors without access). Do not attempt to circumvent them.
• We do our best to keep the Site available, but short interruptions for maintenance or technical reasons may occur. The subscription gives access to the content published on the Site; we intend to publish new content regularly, but we do not promise a specific number or frequency of new posts.
• If you cannot access content you have paid for, please contact us at perseya@seeamateurs.com.

12. Right of withdrawal (for consumers)

As a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded online within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason.

Digital content, however, is made available immediately after payment. Before you pay, the checkout therefore asks you to (a) expressly consent to the supply of the digital content starting immediately, during the withdrawal period, and (b) acknowledge that by doing so you lose your right of withdrawal once access has begun. We confirm your consent and acknowledgement in the confirmation e-mail. Once access to the content has started, you can no longer withdraw from that purchase. This does not affect your right to cancel a subscription at any time with effect for future billing periods (section 9), or your rights in the case of defective content (section 16).

If the subscription is regarded as a service rather than digital content and you withdraw within 14 days, you pay a proportionate amount for the period until you informed us of your withdrawal, and we refund the rest.

Where you still have a right of withdrawal (for example, access has not yet started), you can exercise it by sending a clear statement by e-mail to perseya@seeamateurs.com or by post to our address in section 1. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to. We will refund all payments received from you no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used, at no cost to you.

13. Refunds and chargebacks

Because digital content is made available immediately, payments for subscription periods that have started and for unlocked posts are generally not refundable, except where required by law. We do, however, refund duplicate charges, unauthorised charges, billing errors, charges made after a valid cancellation, and payments for content we are unable to make accessible due to a technical problem on our side. All details, including how to request a refund, are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If you have a problem with a payment, please contact us first – most issues can be resolved quickly. If a chargeback is filed, we may suspend the account concerned until the matter is resolved. This does not limit any rights you have against your bank or card issuer.

14. Intellectual property and your licence

The content of the Site – including the images, videos and texts, the characters presented on the Site together with their names, the SeeAmateurs name and logo, and the design of the Site – belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other rights to the extent provided by law. Where a particular item is not protected by copyright, its use is still governed by these Terms.

For as long as you have access, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to view the content on the Site for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not:

• download, copy, record, capture or save content in order to share, publish, distribute, sell or otherwise make it available to others;
• access or collect content by automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers or similar tools);
• share your account or login details, or give others access to paid content;
• resell, rent, sublicense or commercially exploit content or access to the Site;
• remove watermarks or copyright notices, or circumvent the blurring, paywall or other technical protection measures;
• use content to train or fine-tune artificial intelligence models, or to create derivative works, including deepfakes or any material combining the character with a real person;
• present the content in a way that suggests a character on the Site is a real person, or impersonate any such character or us.

15. Prohibited conduct

When using the Site, you must not:

• use the Site if you are under 18, or where its use is illegal;
• provide false information, impersonate another person or open an account on someone else's behalf;
• harass, threaten or abuse us or other people, or send unlawful, hateful or abusive material through any feature of the Site;
• request or encourage content that would breach our Content & AI Policy – in particular anything involving minors or a youthful appearance, non-consent, violence or real people;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, other accounts or our systems, introduce malware, overload or disrupt the Site, or circumvent security, the paywall or blurring;
• use stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or file chargebacks for charges you actually authorised (this does not apply to chargebacks filed in good faith);
• use the Site to send advertising or spam, or for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent;
• break the law or infringe the rights of others in any other way.

16. Complaints, defective content and content removal

• Complaints about our service or a purchase – including when paid content does not work or does not match its description – can be submitted through our Complaints page or by e-mail to perseya@seeamateurs.com. We confirm receipt and resolve every complaint within 7 business days, and inform you of the outcome by e-mail.
• If digital content you have paid for is not supplied or is defective, you have the rights provided by law (in particular under the Czech Civil Code): you may ask us to remedy the defect; if we cannot do so or fail to do so within a reasonable time, or if the defect is serious, you may ask for a price reduction or withdraw from the contract. For a subscription, we are responsible for defects throughout the period of supply.
• Reports of illegal content, requests to remove content and copyright notices – anyone, including people who are not users, can report content through the Complaints page or by e-mail. We review every report within 7 business days and remove illegal content immediately once we become aware of it. The procedure, including the appeals process, is described in our Content & AI Policy.

17. Suspension and termination

• You may stop using the Site, cancel your subscription and close your account at any time.
• We may suspend or close your account, with notice where reasonable, if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or that you are under 18, if a chargeback is filed, or if we are required to do so by law or by a public authority. If we close the account because of your breach, the unused part of a paid period is not refunded unless the law requires otherwise.
• If we decide to discontinue the Site or the subscription for reasons not related to your conduct, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance where possible and refund the unused part of any prepaid subscription period on a pro-rata basis.
• Sections that by their nature should continue to apply after the contract ends (in particular sections 13, 14, 18 and 21) remain in effect.

18. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

• We operate the Site with due care. Apart from your rights under mandatory law, including your rights in the case of defective digital content, we give no further promises – for example, that the Site will always be available without interruption or that the content will meet your personal expectations.
• We are not liable for loss caused by your breach of these Terms, by your device, software or internet connection, by third-party websites linked from the Site, or by events beyond our reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded.
• If you use the Site as a business and not as a consumer, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for harm to life, health or other natural rights, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

19. Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR and other data protection laws. Details are in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms for good reasons – for example, a change in the law, new features of the Site, security reasons or a change in our offer. We will inform registered users of any significant change by e-mail and on the Site at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree with the change, you can cancel your subscription and close your account before the change takes effect; otherwise the new Terms apply from that date. Changes never affect a billing period or a purchase you have already paid for. The version of the Terms in force at the time of each purchase applies to that purchase.

21. Governing law and dispute resolution

• These Terms and all contracts concluded on the Site are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you have your habitual residence. As a consumer, you can also bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence, as provided for by EU law.
• If you are a consumer and we are unable to resolve a dispute with you directly, you have the right to out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. The competent body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), www.coi.cz. A proposal can be submitted within one year of the day you first raised your claim with us.
• For help with a cross-border dispute within the EU, you can also contact the European Consumer Centre in your country (in the Czech Republic: www.evropskyspotrebitel.cz).
• Compliance with consumer protection law is supervised by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz); personal data protection is supervised by the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, www.uoou.cz).

22. Final provisions

• If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• If we do not enforce a right immediately, this does not mean we have waived it.
• These Terms are available in English and Czech. Both versions have the same content; for consumers, the version in the language in which the contract was concluded applies.
• These Terms are effective from October 1, 2026.
