Content & AI Policy

Effective from October 1, 2026

Every image and video on www.seeamateurs.com is generated by artificial intelligence and depicts fictional adult characters – not real people. This policy describes the standards all our content must meet, what is never allowed, why the U.S. record-keeping rules (18 U.S.C. § 2257) do not apply, and how anyone can report content or ask for its removal. We review every report within 7 business days.

1. AI disclosure

• All images and videos on the Site are created with artificial intelligence tools. No photographs or video recordings of real people are published on the Site.
• Every model on the Site is a virtual model. Her name, appearance, personality and story are fictional. Texts published in her name are written by us as part of the character.
• The AI-generated nature of the content is disclosed on the Site itself – in the 18+ notice, on the profile, in the page footer and in this policy – in line with the transparency principles of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689). We never present the content as photographs of a real person.

2. A fictional adult character

• Every character on the Site is an adult character aged 18 or over, designed, described and depicted as an adult woman with a clearly adult appearance, in every image.
• We do not create or publish content that depicts or suggests a minor, or in which the character appears youthful or childlike – regardless of any stated age.
• At present, the content consists of non-explicit lingerie, swimwear and glamour images. Should the type of content ever change, all rules in this policy will continue to apply.

3. No real people and no use of anyone's likeness

• The character does not depict and is not based on any real, identifiable person. Any resemblance to a real person is coincidental and unintended.
• We do not create content intended to resemble real people, including celebrities, public figures, influencers or private individuals, and we do not use anyone's name, face, body or voice without their consent.
• We do not use photographs of real people as input for creating content (for example, face swaps or image-to-image edits of real people's photos), and we do not train or fine-tune AI models on images of identifiable real people without their consent.
• If anyone believes that content resembles them, they can ask us to remove it (section 8). We remove such content first and review afterwards.

4. Review before publication

All content on the Site is created and published by us; users cannot upload content. Every image, video and text is reviewed by the operator before it is published. Before publication we check in particular that:

• the content complies with this policy, our Terms of Service and applicable law;
• the character is depicted with a clearly adult appearance;
• the content does not resemble a real, identifiable person;
• titles, captions, tags and other descriptions contain nothing that suggests minors, non-consent or other prohibited themes.

Content that does not pass the review is not published. We also re-check published content whenever we receive a report.

5. Prohibited content

The following is never allowed on the Site – not in images, videos, texts, titles, tags or search terms, and not as "fiction" or "role-play" either:

• anything involving, depicting or suggesting minors, including characters with a youthful or childlike appearance, child-like role-play or age-play, and school-age themes or terms;
• non-consensual sexual content of any kind, including depictions of rape, coercion, abduction, blackmail, or a person who is asleep, unconscious, intoxicated or otherwise unable to consent;
• violence, torture, blood, gore, mutilation, weapons in a sexual context, or degrading and extreme acts;
• incest or family role-play, including step-relatives;
• bestiality, necrophilia, bodily waste (urine, faeces), vomit or menstrual blood in a sexual context;
• content showing or promoting illegal acts, including drugs, prostitution or escort services and human trafficking;
• real-person content: deepfakes, content resembling real people or celebrities, or use of anyone's likeness, name or private information without consent;
• hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or content glorifying extremism, terrorism or self-harm;
• content that infringes the copyright, trademark or other rights of others;
• any other content that is illegal in the Czech Republic, the European Union or the country where it is accessed, or that may not be offered under the rules of the card schemes and our payment processor.

Requests to create such content are also prohibited and lead to the closure of the account.

6. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 exemption statement

If we ever publish content depicting actual human beings, we will comply with all applicable record-keeping requirements and update this statement before publishing such content.

7. Reporting content

Anyone – including people who do not have an account – can report content they believe is illegal, breaches this policy or infringes their rights:

• through our Complaints page (choose the type of report, for example illegal content, resemblance to a real person or copyright), or
• by e-mail to perseya@seeamateurs.com.

Please include the web address (URL) of the content, the reason for your report and an e-mail address where we can contact you. How we handle reports:

• We confirm receipt by e-mail and review and resolve every report within 7 business days. We inform you of the outcome and the reasons.
• Content that is clearly illegal, or that may involve a minor or a real person without consent, is removed immediately – before the review is completed – and stays removed if the report is confirmed.
• Where required by law, we report illegal content to the competent law enforcement authorities and preserve the information needed for the investigation.
• If you disagree with our decision, you can appeal by replying to our e-mail or writing to us within 30 days. The appeal is reviewed afresh, and we inform you of the result within 7 business days.

8. Removal requests by people who believe they are depicted

Although our content is AI-generated and is not intended to depict anyone, any person who believes that content on the Site depicts them or resembles them can ask for it to be removed, through the Complaints page or by e-mail. You do not need an account, and you do not have to prove anything beyond giving us enough information to find the content.

• We remove the content first and review afterwards. The content is taken down without undue delay, at the latest within 7 business days of receipt, and normally much sooner.
• We then review the request and inform you of the outcome. If there is any doubt, we decide in favour of the person making the request, and the content stays removed.
• We do not publish new content resembling a person whose request we have accepted.
• If you are not satisfied with how we handled your request, you can appeal to us (section 7). You also remain free to turn to a court, the competent authority or an independent dispute resolution body, and we will cooperate with them; the content stays removed while the matter is open.

9. Copyright and intellectual property notices

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, send a notice through the Complaints page or by e-mail to perseya@seeamateurs.com. To allow us to act quickly, the notice should contain:

1. identification of the copyrighted work or other right you believe has been infringed;
2. the URL or other precise location of the material on the Site;
3. your name, postal address, telephone number and e-mail address;
4. a statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
5. a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act on their behalf (under penalty of perjury, where U.S. law applies);
6. your physical or electronic signature.

We review notices within 7 business days and remove or disable access to infringing material without undue delay. If we believe a notice is mistaken, we will tell you why. Please note that knowingly submitting a false notice may make you liable for damages.
